Addressing the real challenges

The Valve World Asia show has just concluded in Suzhou, China, and proved to be the perfect forum where flow control experts could address real challenges in the industry.

For example, where else might you expect to find keynote presentations from EPC contractors of the caliber of Fluor, Technip and Sinopec?

According to our on-the-spot-reporter, all three presenters explained their approach to valve suppliers and manufacturers, the real challenges they face, how they go about solving them and concluded by discussing their experiences.

This wealth of valuable information came during just one session of the two day conference, so as you might imagine, there were a whole lot of discussions about a whole lot of topics!

Running in parallel was the Valve World Asia Exhibition, where leading companies from both East and West set out to woo clients with their products and services.
Again, our intrepid editor says he sometimes had a hard job getting to exhibitors, so packed were the aisles.
